Parents can download the Teen Center Registration Form (PDF) and email the form back to the Recreation Program leader. Then, the child can get a ticket the Wednesday before the Friday of the Teen Center at Haviland Middle School. The Recreation Department has a registration table set up in the hall outside the cafeteria at lunchtime. Otherwise, if you have returned your registration form and missed the ticket distribution, email us and request a ticket number for your child. The child uses the ticket number at the sign-In table the night of that Teen Center.
