Seniors Drop-In Center & Senior Exercise
SENIOR DROP-IN CENTER
Join seniors throughout the community on Mondays from 10:00am-2:00pm at the Dutch Reformed Chruch in Hyde Park (4408 Albany Post Road). Enjoy games, refreshments, luncheons, socialization and more. There is no fee or commitment to participate! Drop in any Monday!
SENIOR EXERCISE
Senior Exercise classes are held Mondays and Wednesdays at 10:00am at the Dutch Reformed Church in Hyde Park (4408 Albany Post Road). This 45-minute class starts with stretching, leg strength followed by a cardio work out, resistance band training, balance and ends the same way it begins - stretching! Stay active, enjoy some great music, and fun moves as Senior Exercise! There is no fee or commitment to participate!
