The Assessor’s Office (4383 Albany Post Road) is open Mondays and Fridays from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. and Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. by appointment only. Please call (845) 229-5111, ext. 122 or 123 to make an appointment.

The Assessor’s office is responsible for the Fair and Equitable Valuation of all properties in the Town of Hyde Park, Exemption Administration, Sales Review and Tax Mapping.

Property owners do not need to wait until Grievance Day to ask for a review of their assessment. The records of assessments and inventory are open to the public.
