Commercial vendors will be charged a $35.00 fee for a 10-12ft frontage. ($45.00 after Sept 24th) Make checks payable to “Hyde Park Recreation”. Non-profit groups are not charged a fee. Anyone wishing to sell food must first call to avoid duplication of items and have Health Dept forms on file. Set up time will be between 11:00 – 1:00, with all vehicles that are not apart of the display unloaded and removed from the main property by 1:00. Please provide your own tents, tables, chairs. Most Community Booths will be under the pavilion or in the area. Use of electric is limited. (In case of rain, the fest will be held in the FDR High School gym.)
