Senior Exercise Class
Easy exercises and stretching to music. Meets Mondays at the Knights of Columbus Hall on Route 9G at 9:00 a.m. between the months of September and June and on Wednesdays at the Town Hall at 9:00a.m. year round. For more information, call Instructor Diane Cullen at 229-8086.
Aqua-Aerobics
This class is offered to seniors on Tuesdays and Thursdays, 9:30 a.m. - 10:30 a.m. at the Culinary Institute of America's indoor swimming pool. Fall Session begins Oct. 20 - Dec. 17.
